Thread: KV vs Cahoot (Abbey) - questionnaire

Hi everyone

I sent a letter off to Cahoot about PPI a few weeks ago and they have sent me back a questionnaire they want me to fill in. I've had a scout around the forum and it seems I should decline to fill it in, given they should have enough information on me already.

Is there anything else I should include in my reply? I don't want to miss anything out.

Hi Lula,

I'm at work at the moment but i'll have another look at it when I get home and let you know. From what I remember though, they basically what to know every single detail of my circumstances at the time I took out the loan.

Does anyone know how I attach a scanned document to a thread?

Just to let you know I received a letter from Abbey today saying they are going to refund my payments and interest to the tune of £1780.55!!!!
