Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I so hope someone can help me! I've got a 53 plate Renault Clio diesel, 84,000 miles, I've owned it from new and it's always been serviced etc. It has had all sorts of problems this year including needing a new alternator and now it keeps gushing black exhaust (esp if I accelerate uphill) and sometimes it loses power and there's a whirring noise which someone said is my turbo shutting down but this often clears if I tap the accelerator. Some days it drives fine until it warms up and other days it's awful from the start. The garages I've been to can't find anything wrong and it has had a new oil filter, some fuel related electric chip but it still is running horribly. Was gonna take it to Renault but they want £94 just to tell me what's wrong with it!!! I've been made redundant and I've got a baby so I well can't afford that! Many thanks to anyone who can help.
Sounds to me like gunk in the fuel lines but you are better of getting his on a renault forum where there are most likely members with the same problem or answers
