I am very new to this forum. This is my first post.

I gave 30 day notice in advance when the contract was about to end.
I got so many calls from 3 offering me many upgrade option. I refused almost all.
But got trapped in one offer in which he offered a skype phone for £8.
I told him that I have not even seen a skype phone. If I dont like the phone can I cancel the upgrade offer. He said I can do it in the cooling off period. I didnt like handset.So I sent it back. Then they asked me to give a fresh 30 days. I told that I had given already. Now 3 says that
cancellation request is invalid when upgrade option is accepted even though the upgrade is returned within the cooling off period.
If the guy told me this I would have not even accepted for the offer.
After so much harrassments I decided to go for a pac code which I got it.
Immediately I moved the port to another provider. It is only 4 days after my contract end date. Yesterday I received a bill with 2 months line rental. Saying that the Pac code is valid for 30 days. So I need to pay the line rental fully.
During this period I had been harrased to the maximum level. Though I have noted down the names of the people I am not sure whether that will help me in anyways.
