    Ok story so far....

Sent off my S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) received a list of tranactions today, had a look through them and came up with these amounts so far:

    Purchases since 2005 = 487.75
Payments made to date = 324.44
    balance still owed = 489.21

I am up a couple of pound....

    adminicon charges = 180.00
    service charges = 145.90

Just about to eter all the details into the spreadsheet.

So I have successfully reclaimed my bank charges but this is the first of this type of claim, I was going to use the Scotland credit card spreadsheet and letter templates to claim them can someone correct me if I'm wrong.

When using the spreadsheet can I add and claim for the service charge they have applied to the account? I don't have a contract with them and never signed any either.

If someone can guide me to the right spreadsheet to use I would be grateful, would like to get this started as I have sent off S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon)'s for another 3 credit cards, and would like to study up on the proceedure so as I know exactly what I'm doing.

After illness fell on the family I would class us as a hardship case as we are now on a dmpicon with cccs, can anyone say if this affects the credit cards or is it just the bank accounts?

Any help or advice would be appreiated or anyone else claiming aroun the same time wouldbegood to hear from you!

    Winky

    Hiya

I have just successfully claimed back from studio!

When I did my table of charges (I used one from Mr Lewis's site which Im sure is allowed as he is fighting for people to claim back what is owed just like this site) I entered all the charges I had received as well as the service charges I received in the months I was was charged.

They did write back saying that the Service Charges are because I chose to pay monthly and it was interesticon that was added because I was paying monthly - I replied that the majority of my balance was made up of charges and therefore the interest i.e. service charge they were applying were because of the charges!

I had also requested for a copy of my signed consumer credit agreement (for which they couldnt provide as they didnt have one-they sent a blank one) and said that I again request they refund the service charge as the debt would be unenforceable if they took me to court anyway!

They then wrote back saying their usual the debt is owed blah blah blah but as a measure of goodwill we are refunding service charges totalling blah blah blah!

I would ask for a copy of your SIGNED credit agreement (cost is £1) there is a template and instructions on what to do on here and then also do a letter asking for all your charges and service charges back!

It only took me a few months and my balance is now £0 with them hehe!!

If you click on my name and go to threads Ive started you will see my studio claim!!

Hope that helps - Im off now to find an answer to my next claim with Sky card - I asked for £343 and they offered £30 - yeah right Im not accepting that lol!!
