Default Re: Car dealers fined over (PPI) insurance!

Strange that looking for docs for my Natwesticon PPIicon found my nissan docs which I had paid off last year.
Found I had been paying for the top PPI which again was useless to me.
Sent letter off to Nissan at address given on document for customer support, only to receive a reply from Pinnacle apologiseing for the incorrect details regarding complaints (checked is Pinnacles address) and that they would pass on to Nissan Finance.

Suppose I will have to wait and see.

Got reply today with copies of PPIicon aplication, Directors Guarantee form and lease purchase agreement form all signed by me!

Do these documents make a differance when claiming?

If I can still claim what reply would I send to this letter?

    Hello Kamroo,

Firstly was the ppi explained to you, were you given the option or were the documents just presented for signatureicon.
They have a duty of care to ensure that the ppi was sold fit for purpose and was suitable for your needs.

Was the ppi front loaded on the loan and did they add interesticon on to it.

You also need to ask for evidence of commission based selling by the Company. Was there an incentive for the salesperson to add it on to your loan.
