Default Another innocent Excel Parking casualty

Hello all, im not to this site and new to forums so please forgive my neewbi-ness. I have be brought here due to the wonderful Excel Parking like so many other it would seem. Can someone please help me locate the template letters so I can begin the arduous process of warning these idiots off? Prior to finding this advise, I have already written dispute letters which 'after careful consideration' have been declined - funny that! So now I am wanting to force the court date aspect of the defence please. I contacted an ‘online lawyer’ but they seem either swamped or uninterested in getting back to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Have to agree with Al on this.

If you're scared don't be. Have a read of this article. Have a read of the Private Parking Charges guide in the stickies section at the top of this forum. It explains all the legalities.

After the defeat above I haven't heard of them taking anyone else to court.

If you want to write back use template letters in the stickies section but the general advice on the forum is to ignore their demands. They are unlikely to take any notice of any letters you send them. Regardless of what you do you will likely receive several more letters escalating their demands for money and threats before they give up.
