Hi!
Just received my first letter from countrywide today, they have asked what policy am i wishing to complain about, to give company details, ref nos where possible and give detailed description as to why it didn't meet my requirements in order for it to be looked at.
Can anyone advise on the next step as i don't have the details they require.

Hi there.
If you have no paperwork, I would contact them and request for copies of agreements etc, some may supply you free of charge but your guaranteed to receive ALL the paperwork/accounts they have on you if you request a SAR (Subject access request), if you check in the index page on this site there is a library for SAR templates, you will have to send a £10 postal order of cheque payment in order for them to supply you with all the information.
They have 40 days from the letter requested and please send by recorded post, this way you can check the tracking of this on the royalmail website.
They cannot deny receiving this then.
If you require further info, just yell, for example if your unable to find the template for the SAR.;-)
