OK - just got an email from Experian

I am deleting the following 'Notice of Dispute' with this entry:

THE CONSUMER HAS DISPUTED THE ACCURACY OF THIS ENTRY AND WE HAVE THEREFORE ASKED THE PROVIDER TO INVESTIGATE IT. GIVEN THAT THIS DATA IS DISPUTED, PLEASE TAKE CARE IF MAKING AN ASSESSMENT OF ANY KIND THAT MAY INCLUDE THIS DATA.

I have been corresponding for ages on this and basically they refused to remove it. Even the ICO ruled in their favour and the CRA's weren't moving either.

I am over the moon that it has been deleted, but I am a little suspicious as to why they have now!!

Whilst I am delighted that the Default has been deleted from Experian's database, I thought I would ask them if they can confirm that they will share this good news with the other agencies and below is their reply:

I thought that the CRA's share all information between themselves (and others). It seems they only share the negative stuff and not the positive!

I have received a credit report from Equifax this morning and it has disappeared from there, however, it still appears on my CallCredit report!!
