    Default Paragon PPI

Hi to all. Succesfully recovered £3,100.00 in bank charges from the A & L and am now turning my sights to Paragon Personal Finance. I was forced (take it or no loan) to pay a total of £5,920 (single premium) for PPIicon on a £27,000 personal loan. interesticon on the PPI has accrued since 2003. I never even received a copy of the policy! I would not have been able to claim in any event due to my generous sick pay scheme at work. S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) sent today and I will keep the thread posted as and when there is any news.

Any news on this thread, I have tried with paragon but they were unregulated therefore cannot go to the fosicon, loan was taken out in 1998, so court seems to be the only answer. I did send a form to the FLA but had no response so far.

If the lender was unregulated is the court route the only way to go? or with the "Threat" of going to court generally enough to ensure that you get your money back?

I also have an evil Paragon loan and will resurect my thread to claim PPIicon.
What do you mean when you say that Paragon are unregulated so can not take them to the fosicon?
I have just noticed that at the top of my paperwork it says "Unregulated Credit Agreement" taken out 2004.

    Will need to investigate further.

Keep up the fight against Bank Charges
    and sign this petition.
When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to of happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI insurance has been sorted now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
