I've received S.A.R - (Subject access request), after nearly 6 months of stalling by nasty Welcome. Information Commissioners Office did get involved.
I will be claiming back PPI on the basis of mis-selling as it was made clear to me I would not get the car loan without it.
Is the letter detailed in PPI Information sticky current ? That will be my next attack I'm hoping.
