    Question maths in court

    Just wanted to know if it is allowed to give a mathematical arguement in court.Want to claim missold PPIicon then high charges from barclaycard.l understand the contractual rate idea better in terms of maths and understand compound interesticon to its very heart.if charged wrongly,balance is affected and interest calculated on account is wrong.All calculations after that become wrong.Thanks

    Well, I'm going to if my claim with First Plus gets to court (I recieved their defence yesterday - what a joke!)

    First Direct - Refund of Bank Charges...... **WON** (Offered full amount of £5200 2 days before court)

    Amex - Refund of charges..... **WON** (£330 refunded without much fight)

    First Plus PPI - **WON** (Full Refund of over £7000 + Interest)

    Norton Finance - Owe me over £6000 for mis-sold PPI - Starting court action in the new year!

    Barclaycard PPi - Ongoing (Being complete tos*ers!)
