BobbyH - General Question
OK, I have decided to trade my car in for a new one and I am 3 years into a 3.5 year contract with Fiat. I am allowed to "Voluntarily Terminate" my agreement with Fiat and apparently not pay anything (this is what the lady at Fiat said, although I will await for this in writing!).
She did say that I my CRA file would be marked with a "V" for Voluntary Termination and that this would/may affect my ability in getting HP for another car!
Does anyone know if this is true? the part about affecting my ability to get HP!
Could I force Fiat to just put a "Settled" status on their?
