    Default Natwest PPI

I have just started a claim against Natwesticon sent the first letter as per template claiming missold due to being self employed and a pre existing medical condition.
They have replied with a questionaire, is there anything to be careful about when filling it in?
They also ask about other complaints, well I found an agreement from 2003 used to pay off another loan. They gave me PPIicon again knowing that I had claimed on previous loan within 12 months of new policy, should I add this one.
    Any help appreciated.

I don't like the sound of that. It gives them too much information. I think I would decline to fill it out and wait and see what they send me from the SARicon.

They may be genuine, but probably not!
