Default Court Action Started, No reply

I recieved two offers from the Halifaxicon 1st offering £148.00, then £540.00 which i refused as i am owed £717.00.

After refusing 2nd offer i started my court action and sent off the claims forms, 1 to my local court and 1 to the bank. both forms were recieved and signed for on the 16th and 17th june.

The thing worrying me though is i have had no reply from the courts or the halifax and was wondering if anybody knew if this is normal or should chase it up?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi kelly
    Welcome to the forum

you are better off making a new threadicon, under Halifaxicon section in the bank listings.

The link is at the lower part of this post.

That way you will gain advice form halifax members.
try to do this soon as it does seem a while to have no reply.

    hope this helps
    BL

Question Re: Court Action Started, No reply

Can anybody tell me if i have done this right, when i sent my claims forms off i sent one to Halifaxicon and 1 to my local court, ive been informed by another user that i should of sent them both to my local court and now this is worthless. Do i have to send it again? Could this be the reason why i have not heard anything for ovr 4 weeks. The woman i spoke to informed me they had recieved my claim but there is a huge back log
