Smile contacted my partner about my accounts!
I am currently in the process of obtaining an IVA.
I have two credit cards with Smile which I still owe money on and was banking with them until I recently moved my bank account (as I have to as part of the IVA process).
They have been badgering me about the debts I have with them but I have been informed by the IVA proposal not to deal with them directly anymore so I have not been taking their calls.
My wife has a bank account with them that is (and always has been) in good standing.
Today my wife was called by Smile and asked if she could ask me to telephone them about my accounts - I believe that this is exceptionally rude but is this even legal?
