New Instructor, the old one quit, today took a look at his counterpart and told him they can be removed as they are over 3 years old.
Is this ture as i had read they need to be 6 years and can only be removed on year 7 from the date of conviction. ie convicted in feb 2001 can be removed feb 2008.
