Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am considering starting action against A&L for charges etc. However I note that they are closing bank accounts if you are sucessful in your claim, so obviously, I need to sort out another bank account before I start. My credit rating isn't very good and I am concerned that I won't get another bank account. I don't even mind if it is a basic type account, one with just a debit card, a cheque book is good for paying bills and direct debit facilities. Does anyone else have experience or opinions on my chances of getting an account with another bank?
Opinions given herein are made informally by myself as a lay-person in good faith based on personal experience. For legal advice you must always consult a registered and insured lawyer.
