Appeal lost help urgently needed parking fine council
A trip to the post office in my town centre has so far lead to the council fining me £50 and stating now if not paid in two weeks will be £75
It happened as i had ticket displayed after going to the post office i forgot to purchase an item so i went round the one way system and purchased another ticket done what i had to do and came back to find a £25 parking ticket, Reason was i put the old one in the window not the new one while in a rush with my daughter, I drove round and found the warden arrogant as they are explained but all he would say was appeal bye and took the time out to show me the picture of the ticket in my window, I showed him the new ticket i bought but he still wouldn't have none of it, I appealed explained and got letter stating that appeal failed and fine now £50 and if not paid within 2 weeks will be £75..
I am at my wits end with this as i thought and thought i read that if you appeal it will still be £25 but now letter is stating i can still appeal but will be £75 to pay Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggh what can i do, Can they turn my appeal down for having incorrect ticket in the window ,,,,, i don't understand the council are like little hitlers.

[quote=clivey888;1657764]Can you scan the parking ticket and post it on here by any chance?
And what council issued the ticket?
Only the origonal 1 the ist ticket i purchased that expired was on display this one was on the front seat, I got my daughter out the car and put the wrong one on display, Can't believe a 20p ticket now is costing me £50 maybe £75
