Hello every1 i've just been charged for going over my overdraft limit with alliance leicester and it is their fault i went over my over draft limit. I have phoned them fro the my past staement fo r the last 6yrs. Do you think i should appointment a company or do this myself?? Can some1 help me please. I am stuck writing myfirst letter also i need a letter sttaing regarding hardsip as i am in quite financial difficulty and cannot afford anything. Does the test case apply to scotland???
Do i ask for them to refund my charges in the first letter and include hardship rulling or do i advsied them of this in my reply to them.
