A few days ago I sent my preliminary letter to Halifax asking for my charges to be returned to me. I added all the totals up and put down that amount. today i get a letter from halifax :o telling me that my account will be charged another £28 at the end of the month for exceeding my overdraft limit. Can someone tell me how do i go about claiming this extra £28 back after the prelim letter has gone out to them or do i have to forget that one?
dont worry i had the same problem, just add it to the letter before action (14 days after the preliminary)
even after the Halifax settling i still have one £28 charge to claim
