hi i ordered new table and chairs on 29/07/08 well they came yesturday, when he bought them in he went to leave them, and i told him he has to put them together, cause that was the deal, he did the table that was fine.He said he would have to take the chairs away, cause he hadnt got the right tools, to cut a long story short when he came back with the chairs we said they were rocky and he said it was the floor, but its not so he said he would come back today with a drill to fix them In the meantime i found a hole in the side of 1 of the chairs (leather) we paid by card could you tell me how i stand on this.....i have been trying to phone the shop but there is no answer cheers
