You might be very interested to know that while visiting the Southern Water website to search for their postal address I found myself unexpectedly challenged - allow me to demonstrate:

Click on Contact Us - no address listed! hmmm, Legal - no address listed! oooooookay Customer Charter - Guaranteed Standards of Service - There is a 'Written Complaints' section that, guess what, DOESN'T list their address but does say: "We aim to make a full response to a written complaint within five working days of receiving your letter. If we fail to provide a response within 10 working days we will send you a £25 payment."
Perhaps what it should says is "......if you can find our address we will give you another £25......"
So, lets switch to another method: the seach box. Can't go wrong there can we!!!
