    Default Moneyclaim query?

I've submitted my claim via moneyclaim.gov on the 8th of March - but the status is still saying requested - how long does it actually take before it is issued?

    Thanks

Give them a ring but Stubberama has reported that they have a computer problem at present. Give them a ring and let us know.

Tell them that Dave will come up and sort it out for them if they want.

Just an update to say they are still having problems and this means any online claims since last Thursday are likely to be delayed - they have no timescale for when it will be fixed....

actually the problem is at the network of MCI worldcom who operate one of the main UK backbones - when they sneeze a sizeable chunk of the uk's websites catch a cold.
