you got a Abbey unsecured loan not in arrears ?? abbey have moved 40% of all there unsecured loans to wescot these are not defaulted/sold accounts but normal loan accounts that have possibly missed 1 or 2 months etc, you think you are ringing abbey 0845 3010240 but you are calling wescot in scotland, and being told you are talking to abbey staff
not sure but something amiss Abbey collections is on 0845 6039035 if you ring that you are told your account is with our scottish deptment, but only centre abbey have is glasgow callcentre for banking, as far as i can obtain majority of abbey branches are unaware of this change also
