isnt it true that anyone selling finacial products such as PPI should be licenced by the fsa ? if so when did this rule or requirement begin

welcome to the PPI forum I notice you have posted on a few threads already the best thing for you is to have your own thread so you can keep track of all the advice that will be given and also to prevent any possible interruption to threads in the middle of their case for reclaiming.

this is the fsa website it should give you all the information you need on the regulation of financial institutions.
