    Default could anyone tell me if my Egg CCA is enforceable

    Hi,

    Received this via CDUK today. can anyone take a look and let me know if this enforcable at all please?

    Looks like the best one so far out of the lot Ive received but not totally sure.

    Agreement looks enforceable to me and has the correct prescribed terms on it, some with more experience will be able to check it for you

    Shouldn't it say Agreed Credit Limit not agreed limit, hence unenforceable. Get someone wiser than I to check it though.

    Correct IMO this is unenforcable.
