Ask for ALL statements since the a/c was opened, not just for the last 6 years.
Use the SAR for your request and send them the £10 fee. When the state's come back, fill in the site spreadsheet which will be your SOC Shedule of Charges.

The point is though, if you request all state's from the outset and claim all penalty charges, you can always negotiate on what you are prepared to accept.
