    Default Data Protection Breach

    Creation Finance have finally replied to my S A R after 107 days and have sent me everything they hold including another customers 8 page letter of complaint complete with name, address, fax, phone & mobile number :o
    Should I report this to Infomation Comissioner, OFT or the person whose details I have? The bigger the pile of poo this lands them in the better.
