    Hi everyone"

    could someone please help me or advice me how to represent may PPIicon case" what do i right
    what shall i right on the forms is there any templet for it?
    my case is with Citi please help if someone could thank you

    Are you issueing a claim against Citi? have you written to them asking for the PPIicon premiums back?

    Hi yes i sent them 2 letters but never got a reply then i sent them a 3rd letter then i received a letter from Citi that did not say anything regarding my PPIicon it was a standard letter.
    I have already won my penalty charges from citi by default from court they did not fail a defence and now i have to send in bailiffsicon to get the money from them

    but they not responding at all ive done everything record

    The wheels of Citi grind very slowly I have had dealings with them.

    You will proballly get a letter offering a refund when you issue court proceedings.

    well i have won by default but they still have not returned any money to me regarding penalty charges
