    Default Has Anyone Claimed For A Second Time

    Hi

    I claimed for my bank charges and was successful in 2006, but have had more charges since on the same account.

    Has anyone claimed again and had success???

    Yes many have claimed again and are still doing so, only this time it may take longer
    due to the on going test case, but start your claim that way you will be in the system

    Any ideas how long test case can take? I've applied for my bank charges (RBSicon) about half year ago, they've replied that i'll have to wait untill test case will be sorted, since then didn't hear anything? should i do anything more now or still wait?

    No reason if the bank continues to commit unlawful acts, that they should not be brought to task more than once for there actions.
