    Default Do i pay

    Hi ive received a parking fineicon by parking eye for £70 for parking at aldi store i over stayed 25 mins which i didnt know about limited parking i didnt even see the sign, I didnt pay the fine and now ive received a CCS collect letter saying that a bailifficon will come to my home to remove my goods if i dont pay, and its also saying that i'll be liable for further charges and it says something about me receiving a claim, can some one plz give me some advise as to what to do! Thank you!!

    Absolute rubbish. First, the company must take you to Court (they won't) AND win the case. (They won't).
    Ignore them.

    I would like to see this as well - the bailifficon bit could mean they are in trouble.

    Agreed that the Parking Eye Aldi is just so much garbage but.......just one point of caution here.

    CCS can and do act for LAs. Is there a chance that the OP has a council ticket outstanding as well and the bailifficon notification is for that.

    Could the OP scan in ticket & letter details? - washed of personal information.
