Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'd be surprised if it wasn't just another ploy like Barclays new regime.
If somehow there is a mechanism that charges only £15, I wonder if Abbey could explain how they afford to do this. Only a year ago, they said it cost them £30 to administer, so by reducing it to £15 would now cost them £15 every time someone goes overdrawn/exceeds their limit.
