since christmas past e-on for me as a customer.there service have gone to crap.
first thay didnt send out bill just a letter saying we hadnt payewd our bill .which thay have agreed maynot had been even sent .then a collection service letter telling me ill have to pay the warrent cost of 230.00 and a 30 cost for agent to cut me off .
then even after thay admit it there mistake and recored delivery me the bill and it gets payed they then send me an other from collection service get a sorry computer mistake .get told next bill will be issued end of july get it at begining then 14 days after get a nasty letter from collection service stateing which i must say is lies on there part (i have tried whitout success to contact you)and thay commencing with legal action .

er do thay think as customer we are thick or what so i phone them yet again .o sorry it wernt ment to be sent out to you the computer must had thought it was the last bill.ok so the computers a retard dont think so .it the ppl that put information into computer that are retards.
ive been told after i pay this bill which thay agreed wasnt ment to be sent for 2 more weeks but i have to pay it early it should sort it self out .

i sent director a bill for the incombutence of his computer and my calls thay say thay will reply within 10 days .not holding me breath for it the same computer most properly writeng the letter
