A quick query that Im hoping someone may have dealt with. I recently cancelled my Virgin Media account, through BT at the end of June and have received my final bill from them today.
They have put advance charges on the bill for the period of 3rd August-2nd September for broadband amounting to £21 and a payment handling charge of £5 which presumably is because we cancelled the direct debit and a late payment charge of £10.....
Can they enforce either of these charges legally??
