Default return to work maternity bonus if redundant

i am about to be made redundanticon during my maternity leave, if i had returned to work, i would be entitled to a bonus after 3 months for returning to work and staying 3 months, my notice period is 3 months.

if they are giving me 3 months pilon as compensation for breaching contract as no notice given, should they pay the return to work maternity bonus if i caanot return to work because of them making me redundant.

do you also know if the date i am due to be made redundant, they could then put me on 3 months notice and make me have gardening leave, if not i think they have breached contract as no notice so then no covenant

    thanks
