I have recently sent first letter to M&SFS and have received a letter back outling their position referring me to terms and conditions and basically saying they regret they are not prepared to make a refund or provide any compensations payments. Not even a goodwill offer!! Their letter was from Sharon Williams in Customer Relations. Before I go to the next stage would like to know if anyone else has any experience of claiming back charges with Marks and Sparks.
