    Default Firstplus

    Hi Anyone,
    I recently sent out my first complaint about misselling of a PPIicon to Firstplus with whom my policy is held and payments made.
    In their reply they state that the policy was sold to me by Central Capital Ltd. and they have forwarded the details of my complaint to them. and now this has been acknowledge by Central Trust.

    Is this the start of a merrygoround, and should I persue my claim against this company even though all my payments and charges are levied by Firstplus or should I go back on the attack to Firstplus

    I'd like clarification on this one too!

    First Plus have forwarded my claim to Norton Finance, yet I have had my payments taken by First Plus!

    ------------------------------------------------------------

    First Direct - Refund of Bank Charges...... **WON** (Offered full amount of £5200 2 days before court)

    Amex - Refund of charges..... **WON** (£330 refunded without much fight)

    First Plus PPI - **WON** (Full Refund of over £7000 + Interest)

    Norton Finance - Owe me over £6000 for mis-sold PPI - Starting court action in the new year!

    Barclaycard PPi - Ongoing (Being complete tos*ers!)

    Surely this kind of information should be in the SARicon documentation.

    If you have a claim against anyone, and Firstplus are "referring" any claim to what we see as a 3rd party, then any reference to the company has to be in the terms and conditionsicon of you agreement.

    I might be wrong, but if there is no mention of the Company in your agreement for the loan or the policy, then I believe they are playing the delaying game.

    Have you sent a SARicon before claiming ?
