Thanks for your replies. I had a previous post regarding GE Money and they are still adament they are right. Im absolutely fuming. They are now trying to pass the buck to another finance company who I might add were not even involved in the transaction fgs.
So will put a complaint in with the FLA, got nothing to lose other than nearly two grand.
