Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I RECENTLY RECEIVED A parking ticket and am wondering on the validity of it. I went back to the close(it was a small close off a main road)last night, that I got ticketed, and had a look at the signs-I am getting my digital camera back today however i drew the signs! So you can have a look and tell me if they are valid-I noticed that as soon as I was in the close there was a small sign saying no stopping between Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm and an arrow, but by the 4 bays that I was parked there was no sign at all!
Only further down was a parking sign which I am enclosing a 'picture' of.
There was ticket machine further down as well. So it is a little
confusing- I would be grateful if you could tell me whether this sign is valid or not?
I have reviewed the pcn and it appears to be a mis print-saying that:'Has reasonable cause to believe...'It does not state who has reasonable cause to believe...
I can't post a URL here-the sign also says: Pay and Display-4 hours limit but no times only 'ticket machine opposite'
