Yeah right, the CEO of Volvo has an office just off to the side of the Volvo call centre near Coventry :o
His office is in Gothenburg Sweden and I expect he'll be very amused to get a "Disgusted from Fareham" letter from the UK.
A more sensible, rational, approach would be to ring said call centre and ask if they have received your letter, loaded it onto their system and what, if any, their response is going to be.
