    Default Personal Loan Agreements

    Hi
I successfully got bank charges thanks to your help on here.
Was driving home this afternoon and heard an interview on Radio 4 about unenforceable consumer credit agreements for personal loans. I have one with Abbeyicon and one with HSBCicon. Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding out whether I can consider this or not?

    Thanks

You can request a copy of your properly executed credit agreement, cca, there are a couple of good examples, you might adapt this one http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...tml#post162367
Please remember never sign these requests, and send postal orders for the fee.
You might like to hold off for a day or two allowing more experienced members to respond
