I am trying to claim back PPI from Capital One as mis-sold and they have refused and stated that the material sent is clear and I should have cancelled in the 30 day cooing off period
My collegue is after them at the moment for the return of PPI, as he has a medical condition, so could never claim. Capital One send the reply you have had to just about everyone who thinks they have been mis sold.
If your PPI was taken out after 2001 then the Ombudsman will take up your case.
