SiL was being pestered by Wescot over some credit card arrears with Bank of Scotland. We sent a CCA and after a couple of stalling letters they have now written to say that they have closed the account and that no more correspondence will be sent regarding it.
Does that mean the account is completely closed or just regarding Wescot?
