    Question Mrs Sharpman V Littlewoods/Barclaycard

    Hi

    Could somebody in the know have a look at the thread linked here.

    I need some urgent advice.

    Recieved a Formal Demand For Payment letter dated 03 july. recieved 08th July. They want a payment by 10th July. Such a tight timescale. is this legal?

    Anyway please could someone peruse and advise my next move asap.
