stick to your story and know it inside out. don't let the other side over power you and make sure you get everything in that you want to say. refer to your bundle as much and as precicely as possible. ie, please turn to page 7 paragraph three of letter dated 2nd july 2004 which states etc.

what angle are you going at the miss selling from?

as an example you may be asked to describe the person who sold you the PPI. if you say you can't remember then the other side will say how can you recall other facts if you can't remember this.

make notes of what the other side is saying and try to counter it as soon as they stop talking

stay calm, take your own time and do not let them rush you into answering. Be clear about your points on mis-selling and look the judge in the eye and their representatives. Positive body language says a lot.

well, 6 months of work and research paid off yesterday as i won back all my PPI premiums in court! The Judge said he belived had all the facts and relevant questions asked when i took out the loan i would not have taken it. I didn't need to use anything in my bundle i just stuck to the facts and what i believed to be true.

Well done, another victory .. .

It was a long 6 months of hassle and research but in the end it finally paid off and i am now a little bit richer!! I do believe thought that however good you case is ot all depends on the judge at the end of the day.
