Hey everyone...
Someone I knew wanted me to find something out as they don't have access to the Internet.
They recently acquired a second hand Motor Bike. Now this Bike is already registered for OFF-Road use. However my friend wanted to use it ON the road. The thing is, he is unsure exactly WHAT steps he needs to take in order to get this Motor Bike registered for on-road use rather than off-road.

He'll need to fill in a form for a vehicle's first registration - however not all bikes have the required type-approval and would be refused. You'd better seek info from the manufacturer/dealer giving the make and model and ask if it is approved for road use in the EU.
