Just to say how sad and frustrated i feel after Fres Finance took the money (49 pounds) from my bank account without finding me the Loan i want.
They contact me several times to say they would search for the best loan and they phoned me several times to say i should pay the fees because they found me the loan. I posted the check and i found out 1 week later that the loan wasn't the one i asked for. They found me a loan with APR of 55% can you belive this??????????????
I hope someone take action and make them compensate everybody for their actions. I have wrote a letter to ask for my money back but no reply at all.
I feel ROBBED.
