Rang Mint a couple of days ago and asked a question about previous charges.
I was told that their charges have now been reduced to £12 per default in response to the OFT.
Has anyone else heard of this? Looks like the financial institutions are starting to listen.
I asked if that meant I would automatically get an £8 refund for each of the times they've taken £20 but sadly not.
When my first claim is completed this one's next!!
