Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
hi i am wondering surely you cant claim if it was your own fault for exceeding your overdraft for example i have been with cahoot for a few years now always in my overdraft limit often i go over the limit and they charge £30 each time and what interest, i do think this charge is a lot but surely i cant claim please help im confused
You most certainly can claim, back to 6yrs ago!!! they are allowed to charge but only what it costs them, and it dont cost £30. so go for it, on first page you will find in the bank templates library a DPA letter, send that off ok?good luck
