Thread: Local Authorities and DVLA

For parking enforcement to LAs have online access to the DVLA database where they can look-up what they want whenever they want or do they make individual requests to DVLA for what they need? Anyone know how it works?

With the ability to use/invoke DVLA "devolved powers" it is powerful source of income to LAs. The LAs are not charged for requests.
